Full Time Before School Program
Five Mornings Before School program. Available for monring drop off at Norway PS and Bowmore Road PS. JK to Grade 6. Price includes all fees and any applicable tax. Other schools may be able to be accomodated, call before purchasing to check availability for schools other than Bowmore and Norway.

Before School Morning Activity Program with drop off at Norway and Bowmore PS. Starts at 7:30 AM with drop off from 7:30-8:15 AM. Activitise include Yoga, Streatching, Dance, Movement, Activce games.
The morning program is designed to get children envigorated and prepared for their school day. They are lower intensity and impact than our after school karate to get kids awake and ready for their day, not send them to school tired and exhausted.
Extended early start of 7 AM available for an additional fee. Inquire for the early start option, its not available for purchase online.

Kids will have snack on arrival (parents to provide each morning, nut free please) and then take an hour long Karate class.
Pick up by 6PM. After Karate class kids will have free time to do homework or free play depending on parent preference.
