CAMPS
Toronto Kyokushin runs PA Day, Christmas/Holiday time, March Break and Summer Vacation Day camps. The PA Day camp is a mini version of our full week day camp.
There are limited spaces available for all camps to ensure that instructor to camper ratios remain low.
All of our camps run from 9 AM to 5 PM daily. You can arrange to drop your kids off as early as 8:00 AM and pick up as late as 6:00 PM.
Parents will be responsible for providing a nut free lunch for each child along with two nut free snacks and a water bottle that can be refilled. On beach and splash pad days (weather permitting) children will need bathing gear and towels. Sunscreen is advised for every day and we will help the kids apply it as necessary.
Kids attending should bring their karate uniform if they have one, but do not need a uniform if they don't. Clothes that they can exercise in will be just fine. No prior karate experience is required. The camp is open to anyone who is interested.
Daily activities include
• Daily Karate class training
• Indoor and Outdoor cross training for all sports purposes (this is great for off
season development of strength and flexibility for hockey, football, soccer or any
sport)
• Outdoor activities (games, splash pad trips, park trips etc.) weather and season
permitting
• Indoor activities, games and fun, crafts
• Each week during our summer camp (weather permitting) an outing for our famous
traditional Kyokushinkai Beach Training
followed by a swim
• Self-defence and anti-bullying sessions
Each child that attends a summer camp will get a free camp T-shirt.
PA Day camps are run each PA Day based on the TDSB Elementary School Schedule
Cost is $60 per child per day inclusive and $75 per day with extended hours. Members of our Before and After school program are eligible for a discounted rate of $50 for the day with extended hours.

Holiday / Christmas Camps run during the non statutory holiday days each winter holiday period. Fees are $300 / week Inclusive. If camp periods are less than a week, the daily rate of $60 a day applied, for example a 3 day holiday camp the rate would be $180.
​March Break and Summer Day Camps are run during the TDSB March Break and throughout July and August. Fees are $300 / week Inclusive. Weeks with a statutory holiday are $240 for the 4 day week.

NEW for all week long camps LEADERSHIP PROGRAM: This is for older campers ages 9-13 that wish to participate in the camp and want more intensive training as well as to be in the CIT (Counselor in training stream). Leaders help the camp CIT and Counselors with running games and drills, learning to supervise, mentor and troubleshoot campers and camper interactions. They are the leaders at camp and receive a Leadership Training Certificate at the end of their camp week. Leaders that have completed Level I (5 day program) can work towards Level II and Level III Certifications.

Early drop off (8 - 9 AM) and Late pick up (5 - 6 PM) are an additional charge of $15 per day or $60 for the week.
