We do not believe in any annual or long term fee commitments. Our motto of "Serious Training = Serious Results" means that we want to make our schedule flexible and our fees affordable so that our members can and will use their investment in training with us.
We also provide One on One, private or individual classes and training for any of our programs in addition to personal training/return to fitness, dry land strength, self-defense, women's self-defense, anti-bullying etc.
ONLINE STORE
Every year the IKOK (International karate Organization Kyokushinkaikan) and Eastern Canada IKOK Branch post their annual Event Schedule. We then add our dojo and Central Ontario events to that list and manage / update it here. Please click on the link below to see and keep up to date on what's happening throughout the year in Central Canada, North America and Around the World.
