    Full Time Before and After School Karate Program
    Before School drop off at 7:30 AM. Morning activity and then morning school drop at Norway or Bowmore PS.

    After Schoo; pick up from Norway or Bowmore PS. Kids will have snack on arrival (parents to provide, nut free please) and then they participate in an hour long Karate class.

    Pick up by 6PM. After Karate class kids will have free time to do homework or free play depending on parent preference.
