The Same Program That Builds National Champions
This is the exact training system used to develop Toronto Kyokushinkai's Canadian national level fighters for full contact knockdown championships — now combined with elite athletic conditioning for multi-sport athletes.
Developed by a national team champion and coach who has elevated athletes in Hockey, Soccer, Baseball, Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Swimming, and more to their highest physical and mental potential.
Training tools include weight training, ropes, Bulgarian bag, Suples Wall, and methods used by elite wrestlers and high-performance fighters. Every session is designed to give your athlete a decisive edge over the competition.
