Why This Program

Three Weeks That Change How Your Athlete Competes

This program develops the six attributes that actually separate competitive athletes at tryouts, tournaments, and the next level.

Led by Shihan Darren — a national-level coach with a track record across hockey, soccer, baseball, gymnastics, lacrosse, and martial arts — in a small-group environment where every athlete is known and coached by name.
The six performance areas:
Speed · Reaction Time · Power & Explosiveness · Functional Strength · Flexibility & Mobility · Winning Mindset

45 hours of in-person training. One OSSD Gym Credit

The credit is fully accredited through Rutherford Private School — official grade, forwarded directly to your athlete's high school, applied toward Ontario graduation requirements.
Hockey athletes also receive dedicated shooting instruction from U18 AAA and Junior-level players.
