SINGLE WEEK ELITE ATHLETE SUMMER CLINIC

o July 27-31
o August 4-7
o August 10-14
· Runs from 9-12, 3 hours each day
· Cost is $825 for three weeks or $275 per week all in (no additional taxes)
· Can pay weekly or all upfront
· Can participate in one or more weeks
· Completing all three weeks counts as completion of a summer OSSD High School Credit for grade 9 gym class. Participants will receive a report card and grade from the Rutherford Private School (Ontario OSSD accredited) and be able to take the transcript to high school and have it included towards their High School Credit Requirements.
 
The three hours of training will focus on developing strength, speed, explosiveness, power and flexibility. The training material, movements and exercises will vary each day so that all of these areas are challenged differently to ensure continuous growth. 
 
There will be ongoing mindfulness training, focus on performance, calmness under pressure and achieving goals as well as basic nutrition instruction.
 
For those that are hockey based, there will be separate shooting instruction / practice from U18AAA and or Jr players.
